Tested movement by walking 10 seconds with everything in my backpack (60weight) and nothing (0 weight) and moved the same distance, same with running.

I've been testing with carrying around all my weapons, about 60 weight, and can't see any difference in movement speed, sound generated, or fatigue rate (although I don't pay much attention to the fatigue/heart icon). Is this another thing that's completly bugged or nonfunctional?
